Vaco Staffing is recruiting for a Regional Solutions Manager for a client in Wisconsin. This is a direct hire role with our client.
Duties include:
- Proactively identify and acquire new customers within an assigned region, tailoring the right solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead all stages of the sales process, including solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, leveraging additional company resources.
- Promote and sell the company's proprietary products, as well as select third-party offerings, to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within existing accounts and refer these leads to other internal sales teams as appropriate.
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and current clients through on-site visits and exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Continuously expand knowledge of new products and market trends to serve as an industry expert and provide maximum value to clients.
- Work closely with other sales and service teams, providing support and engaging in joint efforts to meet customer needs.
- Effectively utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Participate in sales meetings, conference calls, and company functions to foster collaboration, team building, and camaraderie.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Meet or exceed profitability goals.
- Successfully acquire new accounts and grow existing accounts.
- Maintain a consistent and accurate sales pipeline.
- Collaborates with customer service, inside sales, and implementation teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Works with cross-functional teams, including service resources and preferred partners, to optimize sales outcomes.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Outside sales experience in manufacturing is preferred
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
Travel Requirements:- This role requires significant travel, with an estimated 30-70% of time spent on the road, including overnight stays.
- Participation in industry tradeshows may be required.
