Title: FrontOffice Coordinator
Location: Bellevue, WA
Employment Type: Contract with potential to convert (6+ months)
Pay Range: $21-$24/hr

Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator for a large, tech company, which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in office administration looking to further their career!
- Greet employees, guests, and vendors, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while managing the guest sign in process using a visitor management platform
- Oversee access card process for employees and vendors including employees visiting from other office locations
- Acts as a helpful resource for employees
- Manage incoming mail and packages, including daily retrieval from the mailroom and logging in the delivery tracking system
- Review internal operations calendar and meeting reporting to maintain awareness of in-office activities
- Create new and maintain existing process documentation as needed to ensure consistent programming and team operations
- Accept catering deliveries and communicate with meeting hosts as needed
- General office/team support as needed
Essential Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or equivalent, additional education
- A passion for customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact at all levels with internal and external clients in a professional, thoughtful manner
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule depending on needs of office/team
- Ability to move throughout the facility (standing, walking, kneeling, or bending) for extended periods of time and ability to lift boxes or equipment up to 50 lbs. as needed
