Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

As we continue to grow and expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team based out of our Windsor, CT branch. Reports To: Director of Sales
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Build and maintain a network of contacts to identify new sales leads within the assigned territory.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Communicate with customers to understand their project requirements and suggest appropriate solutions from our product range.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide periodic territory sales forecasts and work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales support, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Education and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in PVF wholesale distribution or a related industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of driving or traveling within the assigned territory.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed.
