Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Manage calls, emails, and daily correspondence
- Organize, retrieve, and maintain critical documents
- Assist with reports, presentations, and data organization
- Maintain records and databases with accuracy
- Act as a liaison between locations and external partners
- Monitor office supplies and assist with permit applications
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Strong skills in Google Sheets and Slides (manipulating and filtering data)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
