What Youβll Do
As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Executive, your mission is to drive new business, build lasting client relationships, and grow our personal lines book of business.
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive new business.
- Leverage referral networks, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline.
- Present customized insurance solutions that meet each clientβs needs.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, mortgage lenders, realtors, and centers of influence to generate new business.
- Proactively cross-sell and upsell policies to maximize client coverage and agency revenue.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on coverage options, risks, and policy benefits.
- Ensure clients have the right protection at the right price.
- Maintain high retention rates by fostering long-term client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Stay informed on carrier products, industry trends, and best practices to remain a top performer.
- Attend networking events and community engagement initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
What You Need to Succeed

3+ years of insurance experience
β
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Required).
β
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
β
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
β
Experience with Applied EPIC or other agency management systems (a plus).
β
Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to grow and succeed.
