Now, we’re looking for a part-time recruiter to join our team! This role is 20-25 hours per week with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do- Resume Review & Screening – Assess candidate applications to identify potential matches.
- Phone Interviews – Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and interest.
- Candidate Engagement – Guide applicants through the hiring process and provide a positive experience.
- Applicant Tracking – Manage candidate information in our CRM system.
- Industry Research – Learn about warehouse, manufacturing, and light industrial roles to improve placements.
This position will primarily focus on sourcing and screening, but for the right person, it can evolve into a full-time recruiting role with more responsibilities like client interaction, on-site visits, and hiring strategy.
What We’re Looking For✅ Experience in recruiting, customer service, or a related field (staffing experience is a plus!).
✅ Strong communication skills – you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates.
✅ Detail-oriented and organized – you’ll be reviewing resumes and tracking candidates daily.
✅ Self-motivated – ability to work independently while being a team player.
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
