Overview:
Rosner Resources is assisting a successful real estate firm that is seeking a Leasing Administrator. Duties include preparation of leases, amendments, modifications, notices to tenants, calculating RE taxes, CAM assessments, reconciliation, & correspondence. This opportunity is a full-time, onsite role, located in West Broward County.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
-Minimum 3+ years prior commercial leasing experience in real estate/property management
-Advanced knowledge of lease language
-Prior experience with CAM reconciliation
-Experience with collections & delinquency
-Proficiency with Yardi preferred
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to work independently, within a fast-paced flow of work
-Track record of maintaining high levels of accuracy
Education Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
