Automotive Service Advisor
CONTRACT TO HIRE AFTER 6 MONTHS
Location: Kansas City, MO
Pay: Up to $30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 6am to 5pm, M-F (Eligible for overtime)
One of Kansas City’s premier Ford dealerships is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their award-winning team!
About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in need of maintenance or repairs. You’ll assess their needs, generate repair orders, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. If you have prior experience in a service department and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
- Assess and identify vehicle maintenance and repair needs
- Translate customer concerns into actionable work orders for technicians
- Maintain accurate customer records and enter data into the system
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience in automotive service, repairs, or parts
- Strong communication skills to bridge customer needs and technician workflows
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and scheduling
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and service flow
- A passion for customer service and problem-solving
