Job Title: Field Service Technician I, II

Operationally sound upon arrival and departure.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service equipment in the field while serving customers courteously and efficiently ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Equipment includes glycol dehydration units, production separators, filter separators, and other gas treating equipment.
- Ensuring that all products are maintained to the highest standards of customer satisfaction and legal requirements
- Monitoring inventory levels in storage yards and trucks with the appropriate stock counts as needed
- Provide startup and installation assistance for equipment on an as needed basis
- Assist third party contractors in making equipment ready for shipment
- Ensure projects are on track with the timelines expected as well as within budget and all paperwork is maintained and submitted in an orderly and efficient manner
- Maintain and gather relationships with vendors
- Comply will all safety and PPE regulations as set forth by the Company, their customers, or vendors
- All other appropriate duties as and when required by management
Working Conditions:
The employee must be able to read, write, understand and perform the assigned tasks within any operating procedures of this job position. Additional activities this position must be qualified to safely perform are:
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license along with the ability to operate a service (pickup) truck up to 5 hours per day.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or less periodically.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions for several hours at a time.
- Working extended hours and/or holidays
- Pulmonary fit test will be required on an annual or as needed basis
Key Working Relationships
The role of Field Service Technician will work under the supervision of Operations Management, but will also be expected to work under their own initiative. There is a need for excellent communication and customer service skills in order to maintain relationships with the employees of Bold Production Services, their customers, and vendors alike.
Attire
- Field Service Technicians are to maintain proper attire for the work being performed or the function being attended. Proper PPE must be worn on all customer and vendor locations that meet their requirements.
