Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CCURE Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in deploying and supporting advanced access control, video management, and situational awareness solutions. In this role, you will work in the aviation and transportation market segments, delivering mission-critical infrastructure and ensuring peak performance, availability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installations and repairs.
- Setup & configure CCure 9000 inputs, outputs, doors, schedule, events, & etc. to meet the customer needs.
- Quality Control of custom Intelligent Door Controller (IDC) in an enclosure fabricated by Birdi technicians.
- Document each step of the QC process.
- Analyze and diagnose system malfunctions and perform hardware & software troubleshooting.
- Mentor and train junior technicians.
- Physically inspect subcontractors work to ensure that systems meet code, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Write detailed field visit reports to document activities and outcomes.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and implement corrective measures to resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, General Engineering Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in a technical, customer-focused field service role with expertise in Software House Hardware & software.
- Current Software House CCURE Certification.
- 2+ years of CCure9000 programming experience.
- Understanding of Division 28 & 08.
- Possesses high level of technical knowledge of software, electrical & mechanical disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting physical security systems, including CCURE, access control, and video management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft SQL database configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with networking principles and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Computer programming experience.
- CCNA certification or equivalent network certifications.
- MCSE certification or equivalent system administration certifications.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise-level security system integrations.

- Ability to work independently and manage technical projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to meet governmental badging requirements.
- Clean driving record.
