Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated French speaking Call Center Agent to join a client's team in Georgia. Responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls to customers in Canada and conducting surveys.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations in the call center.
* Adapt to various customer situations and provide appropriate solutions.
* Ensure all customer interactions comply with company standards and policies.
* Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall customer service process.
* Maintain a professional, patient, and polite demeanor when interacting with customers.
Requirements:
* Must speak fluent French
Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently under pressure.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
* Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
