- Coordinate with tenants and address any property-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of property documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and managing budgets.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to oversee property maintenance and repair schedules.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property administration or a similar role.
- Must have prior experience with HUD, affordable housing, CTCAC.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours:
The role requires a full-time commitment during regular business hours, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
