- Configuration, deployment, inventory management / tracking, of the below assets for Corp users: Laptops, Desktops, Macs, Mobile phones, Ipads, iPods,
- Excellent Knowledge on MS Intune
- Configure, manage, and deploy policies for mobile devices, tablets, and desktops via Microsoft Intune to ensure secure and reliable access to corporate applications.
- Provide configuration and application package deployment support using MS Intune and PowerShell scripting.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Intune and Endpoint Manager, resolving technical issues related to MDM, device enrollment, and security policies
- Develop and enforce security and compliance policies, including configuration profiles, app protection, device compliance policies, and conditional access.
- Monitor Intune performance and generate reports on device compliance, usage, security incidents, and operational efficiency.
- Configuration, deployment of the below assets for Corp users: Laptops, Desktops, Docking stations, Mobile phones, Ipads iPods, Monitors, Printers
- Assisting users with solving issues with proper process
- Providing information to the End Users, including feedback on Incident tracking and Service request status to tickets
- Strong knowledge with Windows OS and iOS devices
- Installation support for standard software and propose process for new application requests
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Incident and Request Management
- Excellent customer service skills to handle Tec bar operations
- Strong understanding of EUC environment and managing business relationship.
Experience Required:
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, MDM, and mobile application management (MAM)
- Proficiency with Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and conditional access policies
- Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting
- Knowledge on Mac and Jamf would be an added advantage
- Strong problem resolution skills with ability to identify, diagnose and resolve application defects.
- Ability to manage work distribution and assignments to field services staff
- Ability to work effectively with staff, various stakeholders, business partners and vendors.
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Experience with ITIL based systems such as ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skil ls with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and vendors. Ability to function in a team environment effectively and professionally.
- Ability to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity.

Salary Range - $70,000-$90,000 a year
