Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst. This unique opportunity offers high visibility and direct impact on the business. The
Financial Analyst will work closely with field operations to provide financial reporting, track key performance indicators (KPIs), support budgeting and financial analysis, and ensure smooth accounting processes. You will serve as a key partner to Operations leaders around the country, helping them understand their financial performance, uncover drivers of their business, and identify opportunities for bottom-line improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist field operations with financial reporting, monthly accounting closing, and KPI tracking
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process
- Provide financial analysis to help drive operational improvements and efficiency
- Work closely with Operations teams to communicate financial results and strategies
- Travel out of state on a quarterly basis to support various locations
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, and/or Accounting
- Strong business acumen with a desire to partner with Operations leaders and help drive financial success
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with leaders across the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to travel quarterly as required
