Compensation: $20-$22/HR DOE
Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant for their client's office located in Colorado. This temporary position offers the chance to work with a local company that specializes in delivering housewares to individuals needing temporary housing. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual capable of multitasking time-sensitive processes with professionalism and accuracy. The position is part-time, requiring 30-35 hours per week, with the possibility of extension after the initial two-month period.
Responsibilities
- Cross-train in the office to learn core job functions.
- Monitor and respond to emails via MS Outlook from 9 AM to 4 PM, addressing inquiries based on urgency.
- Process same-day and next-day order quotes using MS Word and collaborate with the office manager to send orders to the warehouse for shipment.
- Answer phones as needed, providing exceptional customer service.
- Perform data entry and manage Excel spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with UPS to track shipments and resolve customer issues when delays occur.
- Assist the warehouse manager as needed by flexing to the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Capability to multitask and problem solve.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer problem solving, printing, using PDFs, and general computer competency.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.
