Director of Residential Construction
LHH is recruiting for a well-known builder and developer of new construction homes in Kirkland, WA. Their projects typically involve multi-million-dollar homes on the Eastside. This job in a nutshell:
- This role will be to oversee and manage all construction operations, including the direct supervision of Project Managers, Superintendents, and Land Development Managers.
- You will be deeply engaged in subcontractor and vendor relationships, driving efficiency in project timelines, staying ahead of supply chain market trends, and implementing innovative building methods.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $175-200k base salary
- Annual bonus up to 20% of base salary
- 3 weeks of PTO + 8 Federal Holidays
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
- $50/month phone allowance
