CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST-FOR A TRUSTED FINANCIALL PLANNING TEAM
HOURS-8am-5pm
100% in the office daily-MERCER ISLAND LOCATION-free parking
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with questions, account requests, and paperwork
- Serve as a liaison between clients and custodians, ensuring smooth processes and advocating for client needs.
- Provide firm-wide administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS & MUST HAVE- IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE 3 QUALIFICATIONS, DO NOT APPLY
- 3+ years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer service, in financial services
- Familiarity with investment and retirement account terminology.
- Know the difference between an IRA and Roth IRA
- RMD-meaning and what it does
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, CRM and creating spreadsheet
