Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: West Jordan, UT (On-site)
Compensation: Up to $55,000 per year (depending on experience)
Benefits: PTO available after 90 days

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, tenants, and prospects.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Track leases, ensure rent collection, and resolve issues as needed.
- Maintain office organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Accurately enter data and manage office documentation.
- Process and coordinate utility billing for 1,000+ rental units.
- Support office operations, including sorting mail, scheduling, and running errands.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of property management, administrative, or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Propertyware, Appfolio, Buildium, or Yardi) is preferred.
