My client, an established investment firm in Boston, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their administrative team.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Executive Administrative support experience, ideally in the investment/professional services space, and able to commute to Boston 3 days a week.
Position Highlights:
- Executive Assistance to Senior Leadership
- Manage inbox and complex calendar management
- Organize travel, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, across various time zones
- Communicate to internal and external stakeholders
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow-through on projects to successful completion
- Preparation, collation and distribution of supportive documentation, notes, and correspondence
- Format and printing of complex documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Coordinate functions and events
- Assist in projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience supporting leadership (ideally in a PE, VC, investment setting)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive with ability with work well under pressure
- Trustworthy and high degree of accountability
- Possesses a “Whatever it takes” mentality
