Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and managing employee records, particularly for construction roles.
- Handle employee benefits and maintain accurate personnel files.
- Act as a liaison between office staff, field teams, and management to resolve concerns and promote a positive work environment.
Accounting Support
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
- Track financials, including project budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate job costing and reporting.
Project Management
- Oversee construction project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate communication between field teams, clients, and management.
- Ensure timely project documentation and milestone achievement.
Office Operations
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and day-to-day functions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and travel arrangements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in office management, project management, or related field, preferably in construction.
- Strong knowledge of job costing, project management, and accounting principles.
- Experience managing HR functions and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction-related software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Additional Information:
- Pay: $55,000-65,000 annually
- Location: In-Office, Eden Prairie
