Position: Sr. Project Administrator
Position Summary: The York Bros. Excavation Sr. Project Administrator works to bring effective planning, communication, and management to the completion of York Bros. projects. This position works directly with the Project Manager and CEO and plays a key role in tracking projects from beginning to end. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, tracking and timeliness of the multiple construction contracts York Bros. engages in. This role is mostly in our office, with about 25% of the time spent in the Field. This role has the potential to turn into a Project Management position for the right person. Excavation or Civil Engineering experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and create project schedules based on input from PMs and Superintendents
- Review plans and contracts
- Maintain and update project records and report weekly on project progress
- Monitor project progress and adherence to cost and quality standards
- Liaison between the Field and Engineer of Record
- Liaison between Field and Owner Representative
- Coordinate change order creation and management
- Attend all project meetings with Stakeholders, including OAC meetings
- Provide progress billing data to accounting department to facilitate monthly customer invoicing
- Review subcontractor and supplier billings for accuracy
- Need to understand city and county laws, regulations and standards
