Responsibilities- Direct the plant financial reporting and controls and prepare financial analyses of operations
- Support the corporate financial reporting accounting group in the monthly accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Support strategic projects, to improve overall plant performance
- Travel 25-50%. As needed to support plants and others to achieve company objectives
- Provide leadership and direction to direct reports
- Build strong relationships both within and between regions to ensure best practice usage across the group
Requirements- Education: B.S. in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration
- Experience: 5+ years professional (post-degree) financial analysis experience preferably with managerial experience
