Role Description
As the F&I Manager at Eddie Hill's Fun Cycles, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional financing options for our customers while maximizing profitability. You will work directly with customers to present financing options, offer protection products, and ensure a smooth transaction experience from start to finish. You will also have the capability to sell new and used units to increase your commission potential. 5 days a week: Tuesday- Friday 8:30-5:30 & 9-4 on Saturdays. 1 hour lunch T-F and 1/2 hour lunch on Sat. 2 days off in a row with nobody calling you on your days off about work. Laid back environment. Insurance package available, Employee/Employer paid.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with financing options, including loan terms and payment structures
- Present and explain available F&I products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and maintenance plans
- Work with lenders and insurance providers to secure financing and coverage
- Ensure all financial documents are completed accurately and in compliance with legal and dealership requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the buying process
- Monitor and track monthly F&I performance goals and meet or exceed sales objectives
- Seek out new financing companies to support the department
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations regarding financing and insurance
- Provide exceptional customer service and support post-sale
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Finance and Insurance (F&I) role, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry
- Knowledge of F&I products and financing options
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient in dealership software and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and a team player
