Our Client a well-known Entertainment Brand is seeking a contracted Project Manager, Packaging Operations, to join their team ASAP. This position will start off remote and then transition to an onsite position Monday - Thursday (Friday's Remote).
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process of creative packaging development. This role focuses on structural packaging and innovative design, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Creative Design, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Product Design—to ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee project timelines, ensuring they align with development calendars and key milestones.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
- Collaborate closely with Sourcing and Creative teams to manage deadlines and oversee artwork execution.
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Enhance packaging development processes by implementing technology and workflow improvements.
- Maintain detailed, real-time project dashboards for clear visibility and efficient tracking.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in packaging operations or creative project management.
- Retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar project management platforms.
- Skilled in PC/Mac office software, including Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
