Responsibilities
- Assign and oversee staff tasks, provide coaching and training, assist with performance evaluations, and plan staff development.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize resource allocation and set production goals.
- Develop and coordinate daily production schedules and priorities
- Ensure availability of equipment, materials, and supplies, and adhere to safety and OSHA requirements.
- Monitor production processes and quality standards, publish key performance indicators, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Green Belt Certification
- Good understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
- Experience in Consumer Goods Industry.
