What Youβll Do
πΉ Multi-Unit Operations & P&L Management
- Oversee 5β10 restaurant locations, ensuring each store meets profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction goals.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue, control costs, and maximize store profitability.
- Manage labor costs, inventory, and operational budgets to maintain optimal financial performance.
πΉ Talent Development & Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers, Assistant Managers, and key leadership staff.
- Build a high-performance culture that fosters growth, accountability, and retention.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to reduce turnover and drive long-term success.
πΉ Guest Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure all locations meet brand quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, online reviews, and customer trends to improve service and loyalty.
- Oversee restaurant audits, operational excellence programs, and compliance initiatives.
πΉ Marketing & Sales Growth
- Partner with marketing teams to execute local store promotions and community outreach programs.
- Identify opportunities to increase foot traffic, customer retention, and average check size.
- Utilize sales data and competitive analysis to inform growth strategies.
πΉ Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all locations adhere to food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Lead health & safety audits and proactively address compliance risks.
- Provide leadership during crisis management situations, including staffing shortages and operational challenges.
What Weβre Looking For
β 5+ years of experience as a Regional/District Manager in the restaurant industry.
β Proven track record of multi-unit management and operational success.
β Strong leadership in P&L management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
β Ability to build, lead, and develop strong management teams across multiple locations.
β Experience with guest experience optimization, sales growth strategies, and local marketing.
β High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
