STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - DEPARTMENT LEAD
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering degree (structural focus)
- PE license required
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong independent work and team management skills
- Proficient in structural design and analysis software
- Skilled in FEA modeling (Staad, Risa, Saap)
- Efficient in AutoCAD and REVIT; Civil 3D a plus
- Experience in 3D design for residential, commercial, and industrial structures
- Knowledge of IBC, ASCE, AASHTO, OSHA codes
- Ability to manage deadlines and budgets
- Adaptable, motivated, and eager to learn
