Role Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative at Middle West Services, you play a critical role in driving revenue growth in our existing markets. Responsibilities include researching and qualifying potential customers (~10%), converting prospects into customers (~80%), and scheduling demos (~10%). Success in this role looks like meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, & quarterly activity and production quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Verify potential customer lead info within the assigned territory. Execute the proprietary Smash My Trash Middle West playbook to develop & maintain a robust qualified prospects pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide validation and feedback as we iterate on strategies to achieve aggressive company growth goals.
- Scheduling Demos: Effectively schedule Free Smash demonstrations for potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with Smash My Trash.
- Conversion: Skillfully convert prospects into customers by understanding their needs, addressing objections, and closing deals.
- Service Agreements: Obtain signed service agreements from new customers and renewals from existing customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Activity and Production Quotas: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity and production targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospects, providing exceptional service and support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software (HubSpot).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a dynamic sales role, preferably with experience in a B2B environment.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving, startup atmosphere.
- Ability to build immediate rapport with prospects and explain our services in simple terms.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
