Description:
Under general supervision, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scrubbers, etc.), with Raymond experience a plus. Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and facilities as needed. Adhere to safety and regulatory standards while ensuring quality, efficient work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily work orders for equipment maintenance and repair, minimizing downtime.
- Order necessary parts and perform preventative maintenance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of batteries and charging equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and accurate records.
- Follow safety standards and policies.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in HVAC, material handling equipment, and general maintenance for large warehouse/facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 2-year technical certification.
- Material Handling Equipment Technician certification.
