Location: Chandler, AZ (hybrid)
Duration: 3-4 month contract to hire
Experience Requirements:
- Level 2/3: 3-7 years of experience
- Level 4: 7+ years of experience
- Strong background in data structures, project management, and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience translating KPIs into actionable insights
- Experience with SQL and Tableau (required)
- Snowflake (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to write SQL queries from scratch (no data transformation required)
- Interest in growing into a leadership role within the data and analytics space
- Candidates with a Tableau portfolio are highly preferred to showcase past work
- Seeking strong, well-qualified candidates who align closely with the required skill set
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop reports and dashboards
- Manage multiple open requests
- Take initiative in scheduling stakeholder discussions, demonstrating strong communication and assertiveness
- Provide business intelligence insights by effectively communicating data findings to diverse stakeholders
- Assist in data prioritization efforts to optimize reporting and analytics initiatives
