Role Description
This is a part-time (potentially full-time) role for a Project Assistant / Draftsperson at WALZ : ARCHITECTURE in Corona del Mar, CA. Some work from home is acceptable. The Project Assistant / Draftsperson will be responsible for assisting with project coordination, creating drafts and drawings, and providing general project support.
Qualifications
- Experience with 2d AutoCAD, Sketchup, and .pdf related software.
- Knowledge and interest in architectural design principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently to solve problems
- Time management and organizational skills
- Experience working in architecture assembling Construction Documents
- Ability to coordinate design and approvals with Consultants and Building Department staff in person, via email, and by telephone
- Associate's degree in Architecture
