Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay range: $23.00/ph - $28.00/ph
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Independently handles moderately complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- Develops skills to work across multiple operations and technologies.
- Possesses general knowledge within a specific discipline.
- Demonstrates advanced data collection and hands-on technical abilities.
- Proficient in using collaboration tools and working within shared environments.
- Assists in troubleshooting processes and technical issues.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously as directed by a supervisor.
- Supports inventory tracking of lab supplies and assists in maintaining lab equipment as instructed.
- Works effectively within a team setting.
- Builds relationships with immediate project team members and relevant functions.
- Understands internal customer needs and expectations.
- Clearly communicates observations, technical findings, and progress to the supervisor and team.
- Ensures instructions are understood and seeks clarification when necessary.
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or Associate degree with 2+ years of experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- Exposure to Research and Development.
- Laboratory experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Proficiency with computer applications.
