40-year-old Company headquartered in Pensacola, FL has an opening for a Territory Sales Representative. This an opportunity to take over a local territory that covers between Pensacola, FL & Mobile, AL with no overnight travel.
About the job:
Your focus will be on driving sales through local property managers into apartment complexes, condos, hotels + more. You will also inherit existing accounts + be charged with hunting to find new business. You will be responsible for managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth within existing accounts.
Compensation:
$80K - $100K first year is very doable with the opportunity to expand that to $150K - $200K+ in years two and three. Company vehicle, cell phone, full benefits + 401k.
Requirements:
- 5+ years outside sales / account management sales experience
- Experience hunting / cold calling to find new business
