- Worksite Location: West Des Moines, Iowa and St. Cloud, Plymouth, Mendota Heights, Monticello, Red Wing, Rochester, Brainerd, or Willmar, MN
- Compensation: $48,000-$67,000 annually
What you’ll do as the Personal Lines Account Manager:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through advising and responding to all correspondence in a quick and accurate manner
- Provide advice and counsel on personal lines matters to assigned accounts
- Review current insurance programs offering the right coverage at a competitive price
- Maintain client files in the agency management system following standard company policies and procedures, ensuring #oneTEAM’s mission of service
- Schedule, attend, and participate in personal lines meetings, training, and classes
- Develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with partner insurance carriers
- Strive to return phone calls, messages, and emails on the same business day
- Enter activity and other relevant documentation accurately into the company’s software system(s) in accordance with company procedures
- Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
- Continue professional development; pursue and maintain licensing and designations as applicable
What you’ll bring to the Personal Lines Account Manager role:
- A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance service
- Active insurance license
- Demonstrated success in customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by example
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
