We are hiring a store associate and experienced associate! This position will be full time.
This position is a great opportunity for the right fit that will allow someone with prior jewelry experience capability to continue to learn and grow. All training provided.
Responsibilities
- Exceeding sales targets on a store level
- Cultivate deep, enduring relationships with clients to foster lifelong loyalty and spending
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets
- Leading sales
- Emphasize key product lines to drive business
- Maintaining cleanliness to protocol
- Managing repairs and inspections of jewelry
- Assisting guests to shop virtually, in store, curbside and in any way they would like to be helped
Qualifications
- Must have experience in luxury/high end jewelry sales in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to engage with a diverse client base
- Strong tech knowledge, work ethic, team management and someone that wants to grow with in our industry is required to be considered for this position
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems
- Customer service experience
- Retail experience
- Previous experience working in jewelry
- GIA Certified (preferred)
Education
- High school GED (required)
- Associates and/or college degree (preferred)
Pay and Benefits
** Salary starting is $60,000 and specifics will commensurate based on experience
