As a Finance Director, you will manage financial planning, cost control, inventory, compliance, and reporting while providing strategic insights to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Shift Information:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in finance roles within the manufacturing sector, with a proven track record in financial leadership
General Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory accounting requirements, US-GAAP, and financial and local tax reporting best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for transforming complex data into actionable insights
- Proficient with ERP systems (SAP experience highly desirable) and data analytics tools tailored to manufacturing
- Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing collaboration within teams
Essential Functions:
- Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for manufacturing operations
- Oversee capital expenditure, cash flow, and financing, ensuring alignment with Treasury and Divisional Controlling
- Monitor manufacturing costs, identify trends, and implement cost-control measures
- Provide financial insights to drive decision-making and improve profitability
- Oversee inventory valuation and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with local management to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Maintain company accounts, sub-legers, and internal control systems
- Ensure compliance with local and US government regulations, including tax accounting
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors and prepare the required reports
Working Conditions
- Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting for desk work. Occasional standing, walking, or movement within a manufacturing environment may include exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and fluctuating temperatures.
