- TypeScript proficiency
- Experience scaling products with tight deadlines
- Background at companies with strong tech cultures (Brex, Ramp, Rippling)
- Has former founder experience
You're not just a people manager - you're a technical leader who can roll up your sleeves when needed. You understand the nuances of building AI products and know when to optimize for speed versus completeness.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale a cross-functional engineering team building AI-powered digital workers for revenue teams
- Partner with product teams to prioritize features and make strategic technical decisions
- Help your team navigate technical challenges around AI agent scaling, user interfaces for non-deterministic systems, and data pipeline optimization
- Establish best practices for balancing speed and quality in a competitive market
- Contribute to architectural decisions and occasionally jump in as an IC during critical periods
- Collaborate with our data team to ensure high-quality data powers our AI systems
- Help grow the overall engineering organization as we expand to new product lines
