A leading general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, and mixed-use construction projects. This role requires a proven leader with the ability to drive project success, manage multiple teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring seamless coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead multiple teams across multiple projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are met.
- Develop and implement project strategies, risk mitigation plans, and cost-control measures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure collaboration and effective communication.
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction management tools to track project progress and performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Mentor and develop junior project managers and field teams, fostering leadership and career growth.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience leading construction projects and managing multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, or mixed-use construction.
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budget goals are met.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Compensation & Benefits
