Location: Bowie, MD (Local travel in the DMV required depending on set territory)
Duration: Direct Hire - Permanent
Salary: 80k-111k base salary + commission base for each contract closed
Interviews: 2 rounds (1st virtual 2nd in person) - with a Solution Based Test during one of the interviews
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC sales role
- Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing systems and components
- Service experience installing or troubleshooting HVAC equipment
- Experience with customer relationship development and maintenance.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment
Plusses
- Experience working with Mechanical Contractors
- HVAC certifications is a plus (Journeyman license, Universal CFC etc.).
Day-to-Day
Insight Global is looking to bring in someone for a HVAC Sales Representative. This person will be dealing with territories and going through sales cycle specifically focused on HVAC maintenance - They'll be conducting brief inspections of HVAC equipment onsite to prospect companies and also be quoting equipment and managing clients through the sales process to bring them onto the team.
