Role Description:
This is a Salary, hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Foley, MN, with some off-sight work. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving sales in the assigned territory
- Managing customer relationships
- Bringing equipment on to sell
- Managing all other off-site sales reps.
Daily tasks include:
- Meeting with clients.
- Managing sales processes with company and clients.
- Providing training to customers.
- Overseeing all other sales management activities.
The role involves traveling within the territory and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Training:
- In-office training located in Foley, MN.
- Traveling off-site and in-office is required.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management.
- Construction Equipment Knowledge.
- Ability to Provide Training to Clients and Territorial Sales Reps.
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills.
- Ability to Work Independently and In a Team Environment.
- Experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry is a Plus.
