What You'll Do:
✅ Develop and implement quality control processes to exceed customer and regulatory requirements.
✅ Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and design teams to refine product quality.
✅ Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to maintain top-tier compliance.
✅ Lead corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
✅ Utilize data analysis & statistical methods to enhance manufacturing processes.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3+ years of experience in quality engineering (preferably aerospace, manufacturing, or technical industries).
🔹 Strong knowledge of QMS & industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
🔹 Proficiency in test automation (Python, LabView) and HIL/SIL testing.
🔹 Experience with root cause analysis, risk management, and FMEA.
🔹 A team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
