As a Safety Representative at Provisur, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing safety programs and procedures to promote a safe working environment and prevent workplace accidents. You will evaluate facilities, conduct audits, and collaborate with leadership to implement effective safety measures. You will also support workforce training, maintain safety records, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. New grads encouraged to apply!
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor, audit and oversee safety program compliance and develop corrective action plans and execute those plans to closure.
- Conduct safety inspections, oversee local inspection processes, and report on findings.
- Develop and deliver safety training on Provisur safety policies and track training results using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure safety records are up to date and the facility is prepared to share applicable records with internal teams and government agencies.
- Participate in 3rd party audits and collaborate with facility leadership to develop and monitor corrective action plans.
- Implement new safety initiatives and continuously improve safety practices.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in EHS, Safety Management, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of occupational safety experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Internship experience will be considered in place of full-time experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Proven experience in project management and corrective action closure.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating technical presentations.
- Quick learner, able to apply new tools like computer simulation modeling and AutoCAD for basic layouts.

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$56,800 - $68,200 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, based on company and/or individual performance.
