Insight Global is looking for a project controls specialist for one of our large energy companies. Immediate need, This person will be responsible for the maintenance and innovation of tools and reporting used by the Project Controls organization for Nuclear projects. This role involves creating and maintaining complex Power BI reports, Excel workbooks utilizing Power Pivot, Power Query, and VBA macros, as well as administering SharePoint, Primavera P6, and WinEst.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex Power BI reports and Excel workbooks.
- Utilize Power Pivot, Power Query, and VBA macros for data analysis and reporting.
- Administer and manage SharePoint, Primavera P6, and WinEst tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various tools independently with minimal direction from management.
- Continuously innovate and improve reporting tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or Project Management.
- Minimum of 6 years of project controls or related experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Primavera P6 experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint and WinEst.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
