RETS Associates on behalf of our client, an entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate firm based in Walnut Creek, CA, is seeking a skilled CRE Real Estate Analyst to join our client’s team. With a proven track record of optimizing real estate value resulting in over $1 billion in gross assets, this firm holds a diverse portfolio of 5+ million SF across Western markets. The role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the executive leadership team and to specialize in acquisitions underwriting, asset management, and capital markets.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree with strong GPA.
- 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate analysis using Excel. ARGUS is a plus.
