We are working with a great community health organization's Development and External Affairs team to find them a Manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations. Great opportunity for someone looking to join a close-knit, mission driven, and expanding development department with one of the largest and well-respected non-profits. This team works collaboratively with Board members, executive leadership, program, and finance staff to build internal and external relationships, raise funds, and increase the organization’s visibility. The team includes staff members working in the areas of fundraising, marketing and communications, and volunteer management.
The Manager of Corporate and Foundation Relations works collaboratively with the Development and Marketing/Communications team to further the fundraising efforts of the organization. S/he will be charged with managing and growing the corporate and foundation grants pipeline as well as the Corporate Partners program and will work with leadership on creating and refining fundraising strategy.
- Requirements: 3-5+ years of non-profit experience, including experience with grant writing and corporate partnerships
- Knowledge of the New York City business and philanthropic communities.
- A genuine commitment to DEI in principle and in practice in all aspects of work.
- College Degree (strongly preferred)
- Donor Database Software exp
- Working knowledge of managing budgets/fundraising data
