RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER
- Lead product development and launch from conception to market introduction
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies
- Oversee marketing campaigns and sales support materials
- Monitor product performance metrics and achieve sales targets
- Implement Agile methodologies throughout product development
- Drive product discovery efforts and translate customer needs into requirements
- Lead training initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience
- 3+ years of product ownership within a single company
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Experience with CRM, PMS, analytics platforms, and UX design tools
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25% including international travel
