Our commercial real estate client is seeking an experience Senior Accountant to join their large, growing company! This position is responsible for preparing financial reports for 10-12 properties in various stages, including land investment, construction, development, retail, multi-family, and office. The Senior Accountant will manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while collaborating with auditors, tax consultants, lenders, and property managers.

Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
- Responsible for preparing financial reports for approx. 10-12 properties
- Review and manage accounts payable, receivable, billings, and cash receipts.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Provide financial data to auditors, tax consultants, lenders, and joint venture partners.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, recoveries, 1099, and sales tax
- Processing annual property tax bills
- Coordinating tax return preparation and distribution of K-1 to partners
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. CPA preferred but not required.
- Heavy Excel knowledge required.
- Financial reporting experience is required.
- Commercial or residential/multi-family real estate experience.
- Yardi is a plus, not a must.
