Job Details:
- Fulltime Permanent Position
- The schedule will be discussed during the interview
- The Provider will be performing primary health care and seeing all ages for wellness/sick visits follow-up consults, vaccinations, and prescribe to patients
- Must be able to see all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Must have at least 4 years of experience as an NP working in primary care/urgent care-related field in an outpatient setting
- The ideal candidate will have MD license in process or in hand
