Overview of the Business Application Analyst:
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, design and implementing applications
- Support of ERP application and systems
- Addressing and resolving errors with ERP and other systems
- Communication with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders
- Improve application stability and performance; observe patterns and recurring issues; advise on permanent fixes and solutions
- Vendor relations
- Documenting
Preferred Qualifications for the Business Application Analyst:
- Prior ERP support experience needed
- 3+ years related application experience
- SQL
- ERP systems
