What You'll Be Doing:
- Month-End Close & Reconciliations - Oversee and enhance balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy.
- Cost Accounting & Fixed Assets - Manage general cost accounting functions, including monthly and quarterly reconciliations, while overseeing fixed asset accounting.
- Manufacturing Accounting Oversight - Provide leadership and ensure alignment with the centralized cost accounting team.
- Budgeting & Financial Planning - Gradually take on responsibilities in the budgeting process to support financial decision-making.
- Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a team of three: two Accounting Analysts and a Cost Accountant, fostering growth and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- 7-10 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Background can include public accounting, a public/private mix, or all private (manufacturing).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Strong expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, cost accounting, and fixed assets.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of team development.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.

Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 + Bonus
